Some Tiny Leftovers: A Photographer Discovers the Remains of Tatooine

Located somewhere in the desert of Tunisia, a photographer, Rä di Martino, found the 35 year old remains of the Lars Homestead set. Better known as Luke’s home in Star Wars Episode IV. The set was left to decay after filming Episode IV, in 1976.

Since then, the Lars Homestead set  has been sitting there unprotected from the desert winds and its location and existence only known to a few locals, until now, along with other remains of Tatooine.
